Possible applications
While we provide direct access to the most commonly used formats on our platform, sometimes you just need something special. Maybe you plan to send a birthday mailing on extraordinary paper to give it that premium feel, maybe you'd like to send durable plastic membership cards, maybe you would like to test a creatively shaped postcard. For those and many more, simply fill out the form and our Operations Team will be happy to help!

Here, we’ll briefly go through the form and show you how to get your request to us as soon as possible.
3.1 Contact Data
Who are we talking to? How would you like to be contacted? These points should be rather straight-forward, so let’s get to the interesting details!
3.2 Delivery dates
Especially when planning a large campaign, you want to time it just right. For special requests, be it by volume, format, or country, we may need to reserve printing capacities to make sure that your mailing arrives at the perfect time.
However, if timing does not matter for your mailing, you can simply skip these questions and continue.
3.3 Destination and Volume
Here, you can easily select the country or countries you want to have your mailing sent to. If you’re not yet sure about the volume, no worries! You can give us a potential range, use a temporary placeholder, or ask for pricing for different volumes.
Your details assist our Operations team in giving you a precise estimate of the final costs, so if you have exact data, feel free to go all out here! If you’re just inquiring about available possibilities, don’t worry too much about the details.
3.4 Variations
You already know our passion for creating personalised mailings for your well-segmented target group, so let us know how many variations you plan for this mailing. Remember that you may also use the option to bundle different use cases in order to reach the threshold faster!
3.5 One-time mailing
Simply let us know if the mailing is planned to be a one-off (e.g. a Black Friday Sale) or recurring (e.g. birthday mailings)!

From a marketing perspective, it can be beneficial to signal to your customers that you’re local, so if your company has an address in the delivery country that you'd like to use as the sender, let us know here!

4. Further Processing
So where do we go from here? Firstly, your request is sent directly to the desks of our dedicated Operations team. We would love to tell you how quickly we can get back to you, but depending on the complexity of your request, the time may greatly vary. We may have to make several calls to different printers, try to find your perfect paper, reserve capacities, or just make sure that everything comes together perfectly, and on time. Please allow for some processing time, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
