We have found a way forward to resolve this issue and we are currently implementing our solution. In the meantime, please do the workaround of temporarily enable cross-site cookies in order to facilitate the safe login for our platform. To enable cross-site cookies in Chrome, please follow these steps:

On your computer, open Chrome.

  1. At the top right, click More (…) > Settings >  Privacy and security > Tracking Protection

  2. Untick “Block all third-party cookies”


To enable cross-site cookies in Edge, please follow these steps:

1) In the Edge window, select More (…) > Settings > Cookies and Site Permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data

2) Untick “Block third-party cookies”


To enable cross-site cookies in Firefox, please follow these steps: 

  1. Select More (…) > Settings > Privacy & Security

  2. Choose the “Custom” option for browser privacy

  3. Untick “Cookies”
