Below you find postage considerations (postage thresholds, formats) for delivery to our core markets

  • This article is up to date as of November 09, 2022. The information is to be used as a general guide. Postage thresholds and format guidelines may differ from the below. Information is for advertorial mail – the mailings of one campaign must all have the same format. 
  • Formatting guidelines from the post must be followed. 
  • The below covers delivery times after postal handover and guidelines from the local post only.

Warning on Noto Emoji 14.0 Important: For mailings abroad, logistics costs may be added at any time in addition to printing and postage costs. Even if a mailing is actually printed locally, it may happen that we have to have it printed by one of our printing partners in Germany for capacity reasons and then send it abroad. This is the case, for example, with offset printing for mailings to Switzerland. Due to the fluctuation of logistics costs, we are unfortunately unable to display these on the platform prior to booking. They can only be included in the final invoice.

  • Letters: DIN A4 (folded in envelope)

Postage thresholds 

  • Minimum volume: 500

  • Postage is reduced again at 5,000

Other postage considerations

  • Max. dimensions standard formats: 235 x 125 x 5 mm

  • Weight up to 20g. Price increases from 21g. Max. weight is 50g

Delivery times

  • Delivery within 4 days after postal handover ("E + 4")

  • Non-Direct Mail days: Sunday, Monday

  • Specified returns are possible (subject to a charge)

  • Standard info.mail delivery within 5 working days

  • Info.mail "2 Tages-Zustellfenster": Delivery within a 2-day window (subject to a charge) 

  • Non-Direct Mail days: Saturdays if postal handover of the Mailing is on the Friday before (otherwise delivery is also possible on Saturdays), Sunday

  • Prices are adjusted at the following thresholds:

  • Standard advertorial mail prices are valid for mailings up to 20g. Postage is adjusted at 30g, 40g and 50g 

  • 50g is the max. weight

Delivery times

There are three standard options: 

  • until Maxiformat: 72 hours – posted on Monday (Thursday delivery), Wednesday (Saturday delivery) or Friday (Tuesday delivery)

  • until C5-format: DMNW Flex – posted on Friday (Tuesday to Saturday delivery) 

  • especially BE: posted on Thursday (Wednesday or Thursday delivery in the week after)

  • Non-Direct Mail days: Monday, Sunday

  • Next day delivery through A-Post (subject to a charge)
