  • Formatting guidelines from the post must be followed. 
  • The below covers delivery times after postal handover and guidelines from the local post only.

  • Postcards: Maxi and DIN Lang

  • Letters: DIN A4 (folded in envelope) 

  • Envelopes: DIN Lang

  • Minimum volume: 400

  • Max. dimensions standard formats: 235 x 162 x 5 mm

  • Standard info.mail prices are valid for mailings up to 20g. Postage is adjusted at 30g, 40g, 50g. Max. 50g

  • Specified returns are possible (subject to a charge) 

Delivery times

  • Standard info.mail delivery within 5 working days

  • Info.mail 2 Tages-Zustellfenster: Delivery within a 2-day window (subject to a charge)

  • Postage cost depends on the size of delivery area (lower price for deliveries within one province)

  • Postage is reduced again at 4,000

  • Weight up to 20g. Price increases from 21g. Max. weight is 50g

Netherlands and Belgium

  • Minimum volume: 250 (Netherlands) and 500 (Belgium) letters/postcards

  • Prices are adjusted at the following thresholds: 

  • 2,500

  • 5,000

  • 25,000

Other postage considerations

  • Standard advertorial mail prices are valid for mailings up to 20g. Postage is adjusted at 30g, 40g and 50g 

  • 50g is the max. weight

Delivery times

There are two standard options: 

  • 72 hours – posted on Monday (Thursday delivery), Wednesday (Saturday delivery) or Friday (Tuesday delivery)

  • DMNW Flex – posted on Friday (Tuesday to Saturday delivery)

  • Minimum volume: 350

Other postage considerations

  • Max. dimensions standard formats: 250 x 176 x 5 mm

  • Standard prices are valid for postcards up to 20g and letters up to 100g

  • Specified returns are possible (subject to a charge) 

Delivery times

  • Delivery within 6 working days after postal handover

  • Next day delivery through A-Post (subject to a charge)

Best postage prices can be achieved with admail discount and mailmark: 

  • Item must be 0-100g

  • Less than 240x165x5 mm

Delivery times

  • Delivery within 2-3 working days up to 4,000 letters/postcards after day of posting 

  • Delivery within 4 working days for over 4,000 letters after day of posting
