Step 1
To create a CSV file, first open Excel and create a blank workbook.
Step 2
Add a column header for each piece of information you want to include in the CSV file (for example, first name, last name, house number, city, and zip code), and enter the information in the appropriate columns. When you are finished, your Excel file should look something like this:

Then click on "File" > "Save as" and choose "CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) (*.csv)" in the dropdown menu, give the file a name, and choose "Save".

UTF-8 is standard, we also support:
latin1
ascii
windows-1252
macroman
latin9
That´s it. You have created your CSV file!
