If you want to carry out single campaigns, you should send a minimum of 4,000 mailings. Above this threshold, the postage costs per mailing are the lowest.
If you want to carry out automated campaigns, you should send a minimum volume of 500 mailings per campaign, as postage is significantly reduced above this threshold. From 4,000 mailings on, the postage costs decrease again.
As a rule, our customers send between 20,000 and 30,000 mailings for single campaigns. In the case of automated campaigns, this usually starts at 5,000 mailings. Basically, the higher the volume, the lower the costs per mailing and the more meaningful the results of your campaign will be.
